- Why leaving your last role — forward-looking, never negative.
- Tell me about a conflict — STAR; focus on resolution and learning.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years? — tied to the job's growth path.
- Describe a failure — own it, show what changed.
- Why should we hire you? — 3 bullet points mapped to their needs.
