<p>MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team in a remote capacity. You will leverage your extensive recruiting expertise and leadership skills to support the Navy Segment’s talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the mission is staffed with top-tier technical professionals across a variety of complex programs. This is a remote position.</p>
<p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for high-level technical positions within the Navy Segment and partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for niche talent.</li>
<li>Acting as a trusted advisor to offer recommendations, guidance, and direction for strategic hiring, market intelligence, hiring mechanics, and hiring compliance.</li>
<li>Collaborating and consulting with hiring managers to understand and help write detailed and compelling job descriptions, determine effective screening questions, and post requisitions.</li>
<li>Screening, interviewing, and evaluating external and internal candidates for job openings who meet the position requirements and negotiates and extends offers on behalf of MANTECH with Hiring Managers to act as a business partner within the division/sector. Participates in recruitment branding initiatives and representing MANTECH at industry events and career fairs.</li>
<li>Ensures all phases of the recruiting process are conducted in accordance with MANTECH’s Ethics, Legal and Human Resources policies.</li>
<li>Utilizes technology including Workday ATS to keep accurate and compliant records.</li>
<li>Ensures that MANTECH’s internal applicant system is maintained and completed; applicants are dispositioned according to OFCCP guidelines; internal candidates are dispositioned and contacted appropriately; and, interview feedback forms are completed timely and accurately.</li>
</ul>
<p>Minimum Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of full life cycle, government contracting experience in technical recruiting</li>
<li>Proven track record of successfully filling complex technical roles in Cybersecurity, Engineering, and Information Technology.</li>
<li>Experience collaborating with cross-functional Talent Acquisition organizations, leveraging enterprise resources to execute and scale complex staffing strategies</li>
<li>Experience consulting Executives, Hiring Managers, and key stakeholders with data-driven insights on staffing strategies and market trends to influence recruiting outcomes.</li>
<li>Self-starter with excellent communication skills, dedicated to maintaining organization to drive efficiency. </li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
<li>Advanced certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP).</li>
<li>Experience supporting recruitment efforts for the Navy or similar Department of Defense environments.</li>
<li>Experience using advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for talent engagement.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of government contracting regulations and compliance requirements.</li>
</ul>

<p>Physical Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.</li>
<li>Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.</li>
<li>Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.</li>
<li>Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.</li>

<p>
The projected compensation range for this position is $62,400.00-$103,700.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
