<p>The People List & Org Chart team sits at the heart of Deel HR, building the tools that help organizations see, understand, and manage their workforce clearly. We own the features that turn scattered worker data into structured, visual clarity; from flexible org structures and worker relations to dynamic org charts that scale with any team.</p>
<p>Our customers range from fast-growing startups mapping their first reporting lines to large enterprises managing complex, multi-layered organizations across dozens of countries. We make it easy for them to define how their teams are structured, visualize those structures in real time, and keep that data accurate as their organizations evolve.</p>

<p><strong>Summary</strong></p>
<p>As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and influence the product strategy, roadmap and GTM. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, designers, engineers and subject-matter experts across the organization to ensure the fast delivery of the best-in-class experience to a global customer base.</p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>

<p>Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a fast pace environment (ideally scaleup/start-up)</p>
