<strong>Challenge</strong>
<p style="margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;">We are looking for a <strong>Senior Product Designer (5+ years)</strong> who thrives in <strong>user-centered design environments</strong> and enjoys solving <strong>complex product challenges</strong>.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;">You will work closely with <strong>Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and Researchers</strong> to identify opportunities, improve critical user journeys, and design intuitive, scalable product experiences.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;">This role requires strong ability to <strong>translate complex product problems into elegant design solutions</strong>, supported by <strong>quantitative and qualitative insights</strong>.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;">As a senior contributor, you will also help <strong>evolve the design system</strong>, contribute to <strong>design culture</strong>, and ensure that design decisions remain aligned with <strong>business objectives and user needs</strong>.</p>
