<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong><br />Serve as a Pharmacy Lead responsible for leading the design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Health Millennium pharmacy applications and workflows across Claritev client engagements. This role ensures safe medication practices, seamless EHR-pharmacy integration, and operational efficiency by aligning clinical, technical, and regulatory needs into scalable pharmacy solutions. </p>
<p><strong>JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the architecture, design, and configuration of pharmacy applications and medication management workflows.</li>
<li>Translate pharmacy operational requirements into system and integration specifications.</li>
<li>Design and optimize workflows related to medication ordering, dispensing, administration, and reconciliation. </li>
<li>Support formulary management, medication dictionaries, order sets, and clinical decision support.</li>
<li>Partner with integration teams to ensure pharmacy interoperability with EHR, dispensing systems, and automation tools.</li>
<li>Oversee validation, testing, and optimization of pharmacy system changes and new implementations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with pharmacy directors, clinicians, and technical teams to ensure regulatory compliance and medication safety.</li>
<li>Provide go-live leadership, issue resolution, and stabilization support post-deployment. </li>
<li>Mentor pharmacy analysts and contribute to governance, standardization, and best practices across Claritev programs. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>JOB SCOPE</strong></p>
<p>The Pharmacy Lead will lead the design, configuration, and validation of Oracle Health pharmacy applications. The chosen candidate must have strong knowledge of pharmacy workflows and related regulations. This position works with internal and external sources under minimal direction and uses independent judgement to make decisions and complete activities. </p>
<p> <strong>Qualifications</strong>
</p>
<p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of +10 years combined related work experience, including: </li>
<li>At least 5 years of experience in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or other client-facing IT roles </li>
<li>An additional 2 years of work experience directly related to the duties of the job </li>
<li>Bachelor's Degree required </li>
<li>Knowledge and experience with Oracle Health pharmacy applications: Medication Manager, Product Manager, Bedrock, Olympus, PHADBTools, etc. </li>
<li>Experience in HCIT system design and build </li>
<li>Experience in workflow and technology assessment </li>
<li>Experience with integration between clinical and revenue cycle applications </li>
<li> Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex information to operations, financial, and application teams </li>
<li>Travel up to 50% will be required for this role.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong></p>
<p>The salary range for this position is $100-125K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience, and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k, and bonus opportunity.</p>
