<p>ECS is seeking a <em><strong>Senior Business Analyst</strong></em> to work <strong><em>remotely</em></strong>. </p>
<p>ECS is seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic rapid development team supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). Our team supports a quickly growing software development platform that is focused on providing solutions that empower our Federal customers with the custom applications and capabilities needed to drive the DHS mission forward. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will help lead and support stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, and Agile workflow management with cross-functional teams. </p>
<p>Responsibilities Include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.)</li>
<li>Owning and maintaining product backlogs, ensuring requirements are clear, prioritized, and actionable.</li>
<li>Leading requirements gathering and analysis, change management, and continuous delivery.</li>
<li>Support overall project success by engaging in daily operational activities and surfacing process improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Support user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution to validate that delivered functionality meets user needs</li>
<li>Contribute to monthly contractual deliverables as needed.</li>
<li>Coordinate with various data team roles and skillsets to support solution design and project execution.</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000</em></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience serving as a Lead Business Analyst or functional lead across multiple Agile Teams</li>
<li>Strong Experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements</li>
<li>Experience leading initiatives from concept/requirements through delivery and implementation</li>
<li>Experience working with data analytics and business intelligence platforms to support solutioning</li>
<li>Demonstrate ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously</li>
<li>Experience with process improvement, documentation, and workflow optimization. </li>
<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences. </li>
<li>Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, data engineers, product owner, CX members, etc.) </li>
<li>Hands on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence</li>
<li><strong>Must be a US Citizen</strong></li>
<li><strong>Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance</strong></li>
