Middle Salesforce Developer

<p>We are looking for a proactive Salesforce Engineer with 3+ years of commercial experience, who enjoys working across backend, integrations, and UI. You are comfortable in a startup environment, take ownership of your work, and are motivated to build scalable products with real-world impact, especially in healthcare.</p>
<strong>Requirements</strong>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in Salesforce development</li>
<li>Strong expertise in <strong>Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs</strong></li>
<li>Solid backend and integrations experience</li>
<li>Good understanding of frontend/UI development within Salesforce</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)</strong></li>
<li>Familiarity with <strong>DevOps practices</strong> (scratch orgs, CI/CD basics)</li>
<li>Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Will be a plus:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with <strong>AppExchange development (PDO or ISV)</strong></li>
<li>Background in <strong>health tech projects</strong></li>
</ul>
<strong>Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain integrations with external systems to automate billing and operational processes</li>
<li>Enhance product UI/UX and adapt the solution for OEM / white-label use cases</li>
<li>Maintain and evolve the core managed package used by multiple clients</li>
<li>Implement AI-driven automation for business processes (e.g., document generation)</li>
<li>Perform system administration and configuration tasks</li>
<li>Deliver client-specific customizations (data models, pages, settings)</li>
<li>Build tailored extensions for clients with unique requirements</li>
<li>Provision and manage environments for new customers</li>
<li>Adapt workflows to different operational models</li>
<li>Contribute to product expansion into new functional areas</li>
<li>Collaborate directly with stakeholders in a lean communication setup</li>
<li>Work in an asynchronous-first environment (documentation, recordings)</li>
<li>Follow best practices for secure access and credential management</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory requirements</li>
