<p>ABOUT THE COMPANY</p><p>A CBK-regulated Digital Credit Provider enabling real-time access to earned income for low to mid-income employees.</p><p>JOB SUMMARY</p><p>We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Officer to drive employer demand, drive employeeuptake, strengthen brand authority, and support revenue growth throughdata-driven campaigns and strategic execution.This role sits at the intersection of demand generation, sales enablement, employer brandpositioning, and partner-led marketing, ensuring strong pipeline developmentand market visibility.</p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>1. End-to-End Marketing OwnershipOwn and execute the entire marketing strategy and calendarDefine positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategiesManage all marketing channels: digital, social media, content, events, andpartnershipsBuild and continuously optimize the marketing funnel2. Demand GenerationGenerate employer demand at scaleDrive conversion and uptake rates 3. Pipeline GrowthGenerate and nurture high-quality employer leads (MQLs)Build a predictable inbound pipeline through:LinkedIn marketingEmail campaignWebinars and thought leadershipOptimize conversion rates (MQL → SQL)Convert attention into pipelineEnsure marketing contributes significantly to revenue pipeline 4. Employer Brand Authority & ContentBuild Jilipesasa as a thought leader in fintech, HR, and financial wellnessCreate educational content and distributeHow the product worksBenefitsSafetyCase studiesEmployer success storiesThought leadership contentManage PR opportunities and media placementsDrive social media presence and engagementEnsure consistent brand voice and storytelling5. Field & Activation MarketingPlan and execute:Employer activationsRoadshows and on-site engagementsCustomer education sessionsSupport sales with on-ground marketing initiatives8. Digital Marketing & Performance ManagementPlan and run paid campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok or programmaticOptimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) relentlesslyManage funnels: impression → click → signup→ funded accountRun A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and offersBuild and optimize landing pagesWork with product to fix friction points (KYC, sign-up, verification)Track KPIs: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retentionBuild dashboards and weekly performance reports Measure and Attribute performance correctly across channelsBe comfortable using Google Analytics, Mixpanel or AmplitudeRun and optimize campaigns across:Social mediaEmail marketingWebsite and landing pagesTrack and report on:Leads generatedConversion ratesCampaign performance (CTR, CPL)Continuously improve marketing ROI through data</p><p>REQUIRED SKILLS</p><p>Business development, Product demonstration and promotion, Marketing, Social media marketing, Brand management, Reporting, B2B Marketing, Activation campaigns, Customer relations, Sales performance tracking and reporting</p><p>REQUIRED EDUCATION</p><p>Bachelor's degree</p>
