<p>Glow25 is growing fast in B2B. Beyond grocery retail and drugstores, we're now expanding our specialty channels: pharmacies, travel retail, concept stores and online retailers.</p>
<p>We're looking for a Key Account Manager France who develops these channels strategically, builds new partnerships and scales existing accounts – with a clear focus on revenue growth, brand presence and operational excellence.</p>
This is where we need your support:

<li><strong>Channel Development:</strong> You build and develop our specialty channels in France: pharmacies, travel retail, online retail and concept stores.</li>
<li><strong>Account Management:</strong> You manage existing partners and win new customers through compelling pitches and tailored product range proposals.</li>
<li><strong>Promotions & Trade Marketing:</strong> You plan promotional activities, secondary placements and point-of-sale materials in close collaboration with the marketing team.</li>
<li><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration:</strong> You work closely with marketing, operations, regulatory and e-commerce to ensure smooth execution.</li>
<li><strong>Market & Competitive Analysis:</strong> You spot trends, identify new distribution opportunities and develop strategies tailored to the French market.</li>
<li><strong>Trade Shows & Partner Events:</strong> You represent Glow25 at industry trade shows and customer meetings across France.</li>
</ul>
You have the following experience:
<ul>
<li>Several years of experience in key account management, ideally with a focus on pharmacies, travel retail or online retail</li>
<li>A background in FMCG, beauty or health</li>
<li>A structured, self-driven way of working with a strong commercial mindset</li>
<li>Fluent French and English; German is a plus</li>
<li>Confident use of everyday tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Asana and a CRM system</li>
