Located along Muthangari Drive, Westlands.</p><p>JOB SUMMARY</p><p>We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketer to manage and grow our online presence for serviced apartments in Westlands.The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com and Airbnb, with a proven track record of increasing bookings, improving listing performance, and driving revenue.This role involves managing listings, optimizing pricing strategies, running digital campaigns, and ensuring high occupancy rates. You will play a key role in growing our brand visibility and maximizing returns across all online platforms.</p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize OTA platforms including Booking.com, Expedia and AirbnbUpdate pricing, availability, and promotions to maximize occupancy and revenueImprove listing quality (photos, descriptions, keywords) for better rankingMonitor and respond to guest inquiries, reviews, and messages promptlyPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, etc.)Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insightsManage online reputation and ensure high guest satisfaction ratingsIdentify new opportunities to grow bookings and expand distribution channelsCollaborate with operations to ensure a seamless guest experienceRequirementsMinimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality or real estateProven experience managing OTAs (especially Booking.com and Airbnb)Strong understanding of revenue management and pricing strategiesExperience with social media marketing and paid advertisingExcellent communication and customer service skillsAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret data and improve performanceSelf-driven, proactive, and results-oriented</p><p>REQUIRED SKILLS</p><p>Social media usage (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), Digital content development and editing (social media, blogs, etc.), Content management, Brand management, Corporate communications, Market research, intelligence, Search engine optimization (SEO)</p><p>REQUIRED EDUCATION</p><p>Bachelor's degree</p>
