<p><strong>Overview:</strong></p>
</p>
<p>Snapscale is seeking a skilled and experienced <strong>Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative</strong> to support US based clinics. This is a <strong>remote role</strong> where you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, assisting with administrative and patient coordination tasks while ensuring accurate documentation and excellent patient experience.</p>
</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is <strong>detail-oriented, organized, and confident in handling patient interactions</strong> in both Spanish and English, with experience in healthcare processes and EMR systems.</p>
</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
</p>
<ul>
<li>Perform <strong>insurance verification</strong> (preferred but not required)</li>
<li>Handle <strong>new patient enrollment and intake processes</strong></li>
<li>Answer incoming calls and assist patients with inquiries</li>
<li>Schedule and reschedule patient appointments efficiently</li>
<li>Respond to patient emails and text messages in a timely manner</li>
<li>Manage and update patient records using <strong>EMR systems</strong></li>
<li>Ensure accurate documentation and maintain patient confidentiality </li>

Requirements
</p>
<ul>
<li>Proficient in both <strong>written and spoken Spanish and English</strong></li>
<li>Minimum<strong> 6 months BPO experience in a Spanish bilingual</strong> account (required); healthcare account experience is a plus!</li>
<li>Comfortable supporting <strong>US based clinics and physicians</strong></li>
<li>Willing and able to learn <strong>EMR/EHR systems, insurance verification, patient confirmation processes, and inbound/outbound calling</strong></li>
<li>Demonstrates strong <strong>empathy and interpersonal skills</strong> when handling patient interactions</li>
<li>Highly <strong>organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.</strong></li>
<li><strong></strong>Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment</li>
