<p><strong>THE OPPORTUNITY </strong> </p>
<p>As Cloud Operations Engineer II, you will be working alongside global, multidisciplinary team of cloud engineers; as well as Customer Support, Development, Architecture, and Quality Assurance teams to support and implement new features and enhancements to the Incentive Compensation Management products. You will be contributing to the technical work on the services supporting Incentive Compensation Management products. The team will also be entrusting you with incident management duties to ensure the quality of the service. </p>

<p><strong>WHAT YOU BRING</strong> </p>
<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience with 2+ years of professional experience in a CloudOps / DevOps role.</li>
<li>Experience with supporting, maintaining and developing on cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Azure, and IBM.</li>
<li>Experience in automation and software development, with one of more programming languages (Scripting language, Python, etc.).</li>
<li>Previous experience with client-facing production services and incident management.</li>
<li>A track record of being able to learn innovative technologies and frameworks.</li>
<li>Hands on experience with CI/CD pipeline development and management.</li>
<li>Practical knowledge of infrastructure and application performance monitoring solutions.</li>
<li>Good understanding of core networking concepts, IP space, DNS, VPN.</li>
<li>Experience working with enterprise databases. </li>
<li>Practical technical knowledge in Linux and Windows server (physical and containerized deployments and management).</li>
<li>Experience in container application implementation and troubleshooting, working with virtualization technologies and images.</li>
<li>Good understanding of service monitoring and experience with log management tools.</li>
<li>Practical experience in various communication technologies and platforms </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Collaboration and Communication: </strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>B2 level English or higher is required. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Work on infrastructure service requests towards customer focused resolution and improvements.</li>
<li>Continually monitor and tune application infrastructure and services to assure optimal performance, availability, and utilization of resources.</li>
<li>Provide technical solutions to automate processes or functions to improve business operations.</li>
<li>Support releases, enhancements, and upgrades or new services throughout nonproduction and production environments.</li>
<li>Be flexible and adjust your working hours as needed to align with other global Cloud teams ensuring close team collaboration and workflow continuity throughout our support zones. </li>
