<p>As part of our <strong>Food & Beverage EAME</strong> organization, we are creating a new role to strengthen pricing excellence and support sustainable revenue growth across our Savoury & Natural Ingredients portfolio.</p>
Tasks
<p>As <strong>Strategic Pricing Manager - EAME</strong>, you will play a key role in driving pricing excellence and revenue growth across the region, with a focus on <strong>Savoury (flavours, seasonings)</strong> and <strong>Ingredients</strong>.</p>
<p>You will work at the crossroads of <strong>Pricing, Sales, Finance, Strategy, and Operations</strong>, supporting value-based pricing, margin management, and strategic decision-making in a complex, international environment.</p>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Drive and ensure <strong>consistency of pricing strategies</strong> for Savoury & Ingredients across EAME</li>
<li>Translate <strong>market, cost and value insights</strong> into concrete pricing actions supporting topline and margin growth</li>
<li>Support the conversion of commercial opportunities into <strong>profitable new business</strong></li>
<li>Coordinate and monitor <strong>pricing execution</strong> with Market Clusters and Key Accounts</li>
<li>Manage the annual <strong>pricing cycle</strong>, providing inputs and guidance to local pricing owners</li>
<li>Contribute to the development of <strong>value-based pricing</strong>, defining value attributes (benefit & cost-to-serve) in collaboration with Strategy, Technical and Operations teams</li>
<li>Support <strong>deal evaluations</strong> (tenders, core lists, key accounts) with financial and strategic analyses</li>
<li>Build and maintain pricing reports and KPIs in collaboration with BI, Pricing Analysts, and Demand Management</li>
<li>Act as a <strong>business partner and peer coach</strong> within a virtual regional Revenue Growth Management community</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li><strong>Several</strong> <strong>years of professional experience</strong>, ideally in Pricing, Finance, Commercial, Sales or Supply Chain roles</li>
<li>Solid understanding of <strong>pricing methodologies, product costing and margin management</strong></li>
<li>Strong <strong>analytical mindset</strong> with high affinity for data and digital tools</li>
<li>Experience working in <strong>cross-functional and international environments</strong></li>
<li>Ability to connect strategic thinking with operational execution</li>
<li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li>
<li>Proactive, curious, and eager to learn</li>
<li><strong>Fluent in English</strong> (French is an asset, not a requirement)</li>
