<p>As a <strong>Strategic Lead Paid Search (f/m/d)</strong>, you will take ownership of the strategic direction of our entire Paid Search practice. You will develop future-proof search strategies, define best-in-class standards, and ensure that testing, learning, and continuous improvement are embedded in our day-to-day work. You’ll operate in an international, remote-first environment with real strategic ownership and impact.</p>
Aufgaben
<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the strategic direction of complex Paid Search setups and international client accounts</li>
<li>Develop and evolve cross-channel Paid Search and full-funnel strategies</li>
<li>Lead and prioritize operational initiatives with a clear focus on impact, scalability, and sustainability</li>
<li>Establish and continuously improve a strong testing and learning culture within Paid Search – including clear hypotheses, structured testing, and systematic derivation of insights</li>
<li>Ensure that new ideas, formats, and platform features are continuously evaluated, tested, and refined</li>
<li>Provide strategic consulting at eye level – including close collaboration and sparring with clients and internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Take functional leadership of the entire SEA / Paid Search team: methodologies, standards, quality, and development</li>
<li>Enable, mentor, and support team members in their day-to-day operational work</li>
<li>Lead pitches, client presentations, and internal knowledge-sharing formats</li>
</ul>
Qualifikation
<p><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>At least 5 years of experience in Paid Search / SEA / Search Advertising</li>
<li>Strong strategic understanding of performance marketing, business objectives, and digital ecosystems</li>
<li>Experience with complex account structures, automation, and modern Paid Search setups</li>
<li>A passion for developing hypotheses, testing ideas, and continuously improving performance</li>
<li>Proven experience in strategic consulting and direct client interaction</li>
<li>Structured, self-driven working style – especially in a remote environment</li>
<li><strong>Fluent (business-level) German and English skills are required</strong></li>
