What you will do:
1. Stakeholder Management
<p>You are a peer to our MDs, Directors of Engineering & Product, and Founders. You don't just take orders; you provide high-level talent advisory.</p>
<ul>
<li>Leverage our internal Talent Intelligence team for deep industry data and competitive mapping to guide leadership on hiring feasibility and organizational design.</li>
<li>Drive the hiring process by aligning technical requirements with business goals, ensuring every hire moves the needle for the company’s bottom line.</li>
<li>Act as the critical link between complex technical roadmaps and the human capital needed to execute them.</li>
</ul>
2. Talent Engagement
<p>The best talent isn't looking for a job, you are the one who finds them.</p>
<ul>
<li>Use creative networking to track down talent across the globe.</li>
<li>Craft bespoke outreach strategies that resonate with senior engineers and architects, selling the vision of the group’s existing success stories.</li>
<li>Partner with our internal teams to manage the seamless relocation and integration of international hires into our Hamburg headquarters.</li>

3. AI Workflow

<li>Be exceptionally comfortable utilizing existing AI-driven sourcing and screening tools to maximize your output.</li>
<li>Participate in the experimentation and "building" of new internal AI workflows to keep our TA engine at the absolute cutting edge.</li>

Who you are:
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> 7+ years of total recruiting experience in SaaS or Technology, with a minimum of 2+ years specifically as a Senior Technical Recruiter working on high-visibility, high-impact roles.</li>
<li><strong>Tech:</strong> Ideally, you have a technical background (e.g., a degree in Computer Science or former experience in a technical role).</li>
<li><strong>Mindset:</strong> You treat sourcing like a research project. You are relentless in your pursuit of talent.</li>
<li><strong>Communication:</strong> Professional English skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to high-level stakeholders.</li>
<li><strong>Adaptability:</strong> You thrive in an environment where performance is measured by impact, not activity. You value feedback and constant iteration.</li>
