<p style="line-height: 1.4;">As a <strong>People Analytics Intern (m/f/d)</strong>, you will support our Senior People Analyst in improving the HR data foundation, delivering high quality reporting, and helping Global HR Department make better data driven decisions.</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.4;">This role is <strong>based in Munich </strong>(3 times per week in office), <strong>full-time for 6 months</strong> (with potential to extend internship for another 6 months) and available <strong>from May/June</strong> (flexible).<br></p>
<p style="line-height: 1.4;"><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with HR stakeholders to collect reporting requirements and translate them into clear data solutions</li>
<li>Support regular HR data outputs by preparing, for example, headcount, hiring, and turnover datasets, compensation, gender pay gap, including sensitive and confidential reports</li>
<li>Write SQL queries to clean, validate, and transform employee data</li>
<li>Support the development and maintenance of HR data pipelines and models in Snowflake</li>
<li>Contribute to data quality checks and fixing data issues across systems (e.g. Workday, Greenhouse, Peakon)</li>
<li>Help in the documentation of data transformations, definitions, reporting processes and Dashboards</li>
<li>Support creation of dashboards and visualizations in PowerBI, managing data access and security sharing</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Enrolled student, or recent graduate, in a Bachelor's/Master's program in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or simila</li>
<li>Strong SQL fundamentals and ability to work with datasets logically and precisely, detail oriented with a passion for clean, reliable data</li>
<li>Comfortable working with numbers and structured data; experience with Python and dbt is a strong plus</li>
<li>Curious about HR processes and how data can improve end-to-end employee lifecycle</li>
<li>Strong communication skills to explain logic and collaborate with stakeholders</li>
<li>Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn modern data tools (Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, Python)</li>
<li>Fluent in English, German is a plus<br></li>
