<p>We are seeking <strong>AI Engineer's (f/m/d)</strong> to build and evolve Apaleo's Staff-Facing Agent, an intelligent operations copilot embedded in the platform. You will work at the forefront of applied AI, turning cutting-edge research into reliable, production-ready systems used daily by hotel teams.</p>
<p>You will design agent architectures and apply advances in reasoning, reinforcement learning, and LLM tooling to enable reliable execution of complex, multi-step tasks through natural language. This role requires adaptability and strong technical depth: quickly evaluating new developments, turning them into production-ready systems, and scaling them without compromising stability. We're hiring across seniority levels. What matters most is curiosity, speed, and the ability to turn ideas into working solutions.</p>
What You'll Be Up To
